My introduction to blogger.com comes from viewing many Cool Running members blogs and it seeming to be a good way of keeping track of training beyond the basic time/distance/route in a spreadsheet method that I'm currently using.
The timing comes because I've got a few running related goals over the next couple of years that I want to reach and this seems like a good way to document it all for whatever reason.
