7km with 12min Hill Effort
After a bit of a warm up I upped the pace for a hilly 12 minute hit out and a fairly decent net uphill at the end of it. Wound my way back home in under 40 min and felt unusually flat after it all. I’ll be wanting to get over that as my 2 hour run is coming forward to Friday.

Flat days only lasts a day normally for me. I think it's your body adjusting to the load and then you're off again.
